BC Civilian Oversight Center

Welcome to BC’s Civilian Oversight Operations Center

One of the biggest problems the judicial system in British Columbia faces is those placed in positions of trust with in policing their own simply refuse too. While we have seen that issue with the RCMP they should not be singled out as the lone wolf with in the pack as no one polices their own and all engage in retaliatory abuse an element of obstruction.

Given their fraud to the people that undermines a legitimate judicial system in the province the Delta Recon Group will conduct preliminary independent investigations to determine whether a criminal offence took place given its civilian status.

The effective fulfilment of this mandate, with all of its associated challenges, remains critical to fostering public confidence in professional services in the province by ensuring thorough and independent investigations that stand up to public scrutiny.

Since its inception in 2002 the Delta Recon Group has taken and continues to take strides in becoming a model of civilian oversight for other jurisdictions amid an international movement toward greater civilian accountability of professional services. Its primary directives promote a safer community for all to enjoy.

Directive One

To insure children’s rights to survival as an abuse free and laughter filled childhood.

Directive Two

A directive that protects front line workers as seen as a vital element with in the safety and protection of the community provided they are responsible to the community and people they serve. A double edge sword that will hold to account those that breach that public trust.
